Our online return policy is as follows:
All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your package. Returns are only eligible for exchanges or store credits. A packing slip must accompany all returns or exchanges. Items purchased online are eligible for in-store returns, but please note that they are also only eligible for exchanges or store credits. A packing slip must also accompany all returns or exchanges.
The following items are not returnable at this time: Books, Consumable Items, Seasonal Decor items and any Opened and/or Used Items.
Items that are returned and are not in the original packaging or look worn/used will be returned to the customer.
Once the return merchandise has been received and confirmed to be in compliance with our return policy, we will issue you a store credit.
