Return Policy
We appreciate your business!  We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason, you are not, please reach out to hello@shopwhitfield.com to initiate the process.  

Our online return policy is as follows:

All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your package. Returns are only eligible for exchanges or store credits.   A packing slip must accompany all returns or exchanges. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the consumer.  Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.  Please address to Whitfield & Co. 20 Church Street, Guilford, CT 06437

Items purchased online are eligible for in-store returns, but please note that they are also only eligible for exchanges or store credits.  A packing slip must also accompany all returns or exchanges.

The following items are not returnable at this time: Books, Consumable Items, Seasonal Decor items and any Opened and/or Used Items.

Items that are returned and are not in the original packaging or look worn/used will be returned to the customer.    

Once the return merchandise has been received and confirmed to be in compliance with our return policy, we will issue you a store credit.
Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed in the order they are received.  Processing may take up to 2-3 business days. 

Shipping charges are based upon weight and box size or carrier standard pricing.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday.

Ground delivery to Hawaii and Alaska may take up to 10 days to be delivered.
Shipping is only available to USA addresses at this time.

An email will be sent to you with tracking information once the package has been picked up.

As noted in the return policy, return shipping costs are at the expense of the consumer.
